“When I met Hevi, I didn’t have a voice anymore. I had silenced myself so much that I couldn’t even use it. Through our work together, I learned how to speak my authentic truth without being so restricted or needing to make everyone else comfortable. I learned how to put boundaries down, how to love myself through the process and how to stop abandoning myself for someone else’s love and approval. I’ve learned how to receive and I’ve learned how to trust. I look back now and I don’t even recognize the woman I was when we began.”
