I had to reclaim
my truth first.

— My Story
I know what it is to become the woman the world expects you to be.
I was raised within a Middle Eastern community where I watched generations of women earn their worth through self sacrifice, silence parts of themselves to belong and choose acceptance over the risk of being fully seen.
I chose a different path, yet it took me years to realize I had carried many of those same patterns with me.
I spent a decade in the corporate world building a life that looked successful from the outside while becoming increasingly disconnected from myself within it. I became incredibly good at achieving, proving and being the woman who could handle everything. What I did not understand was how much of myself I had abandoned along the way.
By 2018 something in me began to break open. I developed chronic anxiety and the life I had worked so hard to create began crumbling. I could feel the woman underneath all of it wanting out.
Eventually I walked away from a relationship with one of the clearest realizations of my life: I cannot be this version of myself anymore.
So I began the journey back to myself. I questioned the identities I had inherited, confronted the conditioning that shaped how I lived and reclaimed my voice, intuition and permission to take up space.
Somewhere along that journey I realized I was not becoming a new woman at all. I was remembering the one who had always been there.
That reclamation became the foundation of my life and eventually the work I now bring to other women.
Today I guide accomplished women who have built extraordinary careers and lives yet know there is another expression of themselves waiting to be lived. I see beneath the identity they have learned to perform, guide them to reclaim the innate gifts that have always been within them and walk beside them as they bring those gifts into the world.
Because beneath every external transformation, this is the moment that moves me most: when a woman recognizes herself again. When she trusts herself, stops asking for permission and owns the bigness she spent years containing as the very thing she is finally willing to bring to the world.
